Annual Prepaid Membership. Annual prepaid membership. One payment covers 12 months of membership. Annual prepaid purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Card payments are processed by Square as a one-time payment for 12 months; the seller displayed at checkout is SHAX MARKETING GROUP CORP. ACH annual prepay is arranged by invoice with a discount on the prepay total. A bank debit card is not ACH.
